Prehistoric shark that makes its way from Alaska, where it was frozen in ice, to the warmer clime of Puerto Vallarta, there it begins to munch on hapless beach-goers. The movie is all the better considering it was done as a direct-to-television film. As such, the production values are quite high, the acting professional, and the plot unfolds nicely. Among the offerings of the Sci-Fi channel, this certainly is a stand-out. I’d like to see more television offerings like this. A very visceral bloodbath and enough tension to make you squirm. This one is actually fun to watch. Also in the cast are: Liv Boughn, Humberto Busto, Aaron Luis, Iva Hasperger, Christina Nicole and a even a small role for Mr. Corman himself.
